CCAP Transformational Tuesday: Jeffrey Bayer

We are pleased to announce that Jeffrey A. Bayer, President and CEO of Bayer Ventures LLC, will be addressing our students. With a distinguished career in real estate development and a commitment to community service, Mr. Bayer brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.​

In 1983, Mr. Bayer founded Bayer Properties, LLC, transforming it from a local property management company into a national commercial real estate firm specializing in mixed-use developments. Under his leadership, the company developed notable projects such as The Summit in Birmingham, one of the first outdoor lifestyle centers, and The Pizitz building, a historic property revitalized into a vibrant mixed-use space. ​

Currently, as the head of Bayer Ventures LLC, Mr. Bayer continues to influence the real estate landscape through innovative development projects and strategic investments. His dedication to excellence has earned him recognition, including being named "Top CEO for Large Companies" by the Birmingham Business Journal in 2016. ​

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Bayer is deeply involved in civic and educational organizations. He serves on the boards of Leadership Birmingham and the University of Alabama’s Health Service Foundation, among others. ​
