Join The Academy this Tuesday, November 19 for the LAST Transformational Tuesday of the semester! Hear from Elliot , Trish and Sam, members of ICSC, to learn more about retail in commercial real estate.

Elliott Cook is the Director of Real Estate for Retail Strategies. In this role, he teaches community leaders nationwide how to effectively communicate with retailers, brokers, and developers through our Retail Academy program.

Trish focuses on landlord and tenant rep leasing. She works in retail, development, industrial, and investment properties.

Sam specializes in retail tenant representation while working alongside Bryan Holt with some of the top brands in the American retail industry. Sam’s areas of expertise include market development planning, demographic and traffic analysis, lease and contract negotiation and retail development consulting. Genevieve Douglass has joined Daniel Corporation as its Director of Leasing and Brokerage in Birmingham. She is responsible for all landlord representation assignments for the Financial Center, Grandview Physicians Plaza I and II, among other Daniel-owned and controlled assets.
