Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing communications, and guiding leads through the home-buying process in conjunction with Lead Real Estate Agent, John Randall. This role is crucial in converting potential buyers into satisfied homeowners by providing personalized support, expert advice, and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication - Serve as a primary point of contact for potential buyers, maintaining regular and professional communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide detailed information about properties, market conditions, and the home-buying process.
Lead Management- Identify and qualify potential buyers through various channels, including online leads, referrals, and open houses. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
Sales Strategy- Develop and implement strategies to move leads through the sales funnel, from initial interest to closing.
Provide personalized property recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
Client Engagement- Conduct property showings, virtual tours, and open houses to showcase listings to prospective buyers. Educate clients on financing options, market trends, and the home-buying process, ensuring they are informed and confident in their decisions.
Candidate must have:

-Knowledge of Tuscaloosa area and how to navigate it.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and leads simultaneously.
-A valid real estate license is required or the ability to acquire one in a timely manner
