Job Description Summary:

This position provides the right candidate an excellent opportunity to join United Bank as a Portfolio Manager in the Community Housing group. This position will provide analytical support to the team, which specializes in providing unique capital solutions to multifamily developers in the Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry. In this role, the Portfolio Manager will learn all aspects of lending to LIHTC developers, from front end analysis, presentation of loan approvals, loan and equity closing, portfolio management, and construction draw administration.
