Real Estate Analyst

An internship or part time opportunity with a brand new start up real estate firm made up of a seasoned team that has more than 30 years of commercial residential development experience. This firm has the capacity and capital to develop institutional investment grade properties in the multifamily, mixed use and single family asset types across the sunbelt United States. We need a motivated and real estate focused individual who wants to learn in a fast paced environment performing duties such as development modeling, building broker and capital connections, as well as some asset management.
