Student Internship - Asset Management Intern

Job Description Summary:

Looking for 1-2 Junior/Seniors to support ECI Groups Asset Management team this fall. Students should have decent excel skills and be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (paid) and ideally start within 6-8 weeks from today.

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrates ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain financial data to business leaders and managers, team members, clients, investors, executives, and other business contacts.
• Demonstrates a moderate level of proficiency in Excel.
• Ideal candidate will have experience in the multifamily real estate industry and a basic understanding of property-level operations, marketing, and asset management.
• Education and/or employment history that demonstrates a financial background sufficient to analyze financial data and prepare reports in accordance with accounting, finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Students working toward a college degree in real estate, finance, or business are preferred.
